Anybody you can name (Marvin-Stevie-Al Green etc etc all performed for the very first time at the Apolo on amature night). I've always missed it so if you did it it would be the next best thing. No pressure.It's on 253W 125st. The other thing is Lombardi's ("the very first-and still the best-Pizzarie in the USA.) it's at 32 Spring St between Mulberry and Mott St. The other thing-and this might be more me than you? But still interesting, is Manny's Music Store on 156w 48st between 6 & 7 Ave. It's the original music super store. Four floors of guitars, drums etc but the best thing is the walls are covered with photo's off all the music stars who have bought instruments there along with personal messages to Manny.
